I am trying to install this air conditioner and the pictures in the installation guide are blurry. The instructions are not clear. I went to Sharp's web site to try to download any documentation but nothing. It lists this model on the support site but no documentation to download. I tried similar models and no documentation either.My conclusion: Sharp does not care enough about the customer. Documentation is bad. Web site is worse. I would not recommend this air conditioner.
