Pros:

1) Cools a 250 sq.ft home office extremely Fast
2) Right size - not too big and not too heavy
3) Easy assembly and installation
4) A real long expandable exhaust hose

Cons:

1) Noisy - not suitable for a bedroom
2) Looks - not attractive as compared to the competition
